They don't squeal or grind. I've had no previous problems. Even if I pump them they still go to the floor.

Then it won't be long before they will stop stopping. Check the brake fluid levels and top it off. Watch when you add fluid, because for your brake pedal to do that you haven't a full load, so when you add some it might start leaking somewhere. If the brake fluid is full, then you've got problems complicated enough to shell out some bucks for a pro to fix.

DO NOT DRIVE TRUCK until fixed...You are liable for all damages if you drive knowing you have bad brakes and get in an accident. If the brake fluid is low, Look for fluid on the inside of the front tires or back where the rear axle brake line connects to the bed of the truck. Both spots have hoses that can leak. No leaks but low fluid you may have gotten air in the lines.If there are no leaks and the fluid level in the master cylinder is OK, then the master cylinder is probably bad. Good luck.

Either you have air in the brakes. Which may have been caused by a bad seal somewhere. Or you have a serious moisture contamination. Or a cracked brake hose.

Get a brake specialist to look at them, they can test the fluid and check for vacume.

with the car turned off and the master Cly full put your foot on the brake pedal and press hard for a minuet if your foot slowly goes to floor chances are you have a bad master Cyl

a "soft" or "hard" pedal can be indicators of serious problems, including a leak in the hydraulic system, low fluid levels, or unevenly worn shoes or pads. Before you get into a serious accident it is wise to get your vehicle looked at asap!

check the fluid always easiest first then check the pads front wear more than rear and passenger side wears more than drivers side if they are good check for leaks if none check the master cylinder then the brake booster if the pads are good and there is no leaks it is more than likely the master cylinder
