I think every American citizen should be required to pass a brief IQ test before even being allowed to enter the polling booth ! This will save us from the liberal whiners who claim Pres. Bush "stole" the election. If a voter isn't smart enough to fill out the voting form, they should not be allowed to vote. This will never happen because it makes too much sense !
