I have a pair of jeans that I love but the damn zipper keeps falling down!!! It's not broke or anything it just won't stay up. Anyone know of a way to fix it with out replacing the whole zipper or using a safety pin???

Too bad Bill Clinton never figured it out.

It’s funny, your question reminded me of an old favorite pair of blue jeans I had once. Loved those things but the zipper would never stay-up. I thought about replacing the zipper but too much of a hassle, plus I doubt that they would look the same anyway. So, I took a paper clip...bent it out straight leaving a loop at one end which I then put though the zipper-hole and zipped it up. Finally, I wrapped the straighter end up and over the waist line of the jeans. You couldn’t even detect it really, especially if you wear a belt. Anyway, always a good trick to use in an emergency as well....without having to worry if you’re going to get stuck with an open safety pin!

dont take chances with a safety pin. I would say go to the fabric store and just get a new zipper

you may want to apply a "Flat-nostril pliers" with the help of putting one end of the suggested pliers on the exterior of slider body and yet another end putting on the rear part of the slider. Press it gently and also you will get the zipper executed. besides the undeniable fact that, you may want to take a threat as i'm afraid you may no longer get the zipper executed as you're not from now on familiar and absence of adventure to attain this.

Use needle nose pliers to squeeze the sides of the part that goes up and down.
