Go out of the office for a few minutes. Probably like 5-10-15 mins.
If you have a close friend who you could trust at work then invite him/her to go out with you to have a break... get some coffee or something cold to drink, or if you and your friend smoke, then smoke together. Vent it out.

I have a buddy at work.... whenever Im on a pissy mood I just call him and say 'Lets go out for a ciggy break'. Now when he hear me say that - he knows what I mean. It works both ways and is really helpful.

Now if it just happen that you don't have someone in the office that you could talk to then I suggest you buy a cheap rubber drinking glass (choose anything that is unbreakable). Just go out of the office (again) look for a nice place (where you know you are not going to be disturb) then start throwing that 'thing' with all your might, full force, smash it. Believe me it works. After throwing that thing like 3-5 times I'm sure you'll feel better.

If you're the meany type of person who wants to get even with your colleagues or your boss who just ruined your day then try this.....

Go out of your building... look for a nearby phonebooth then call their direct office number... as soon as you hear their voice slam it. slam it very hard (repeat as desired).... or whisper nasty words at them over the phone (just make sure that your colleague/boss doesn't have caller id installed)... lolz....
I'm sure they'll be like "What?!, who's this?!", "Who are you?!" "You piece of &^&^%". lolz

Hope this has helped you... take it easy.

I just try to grit my teeth and bear it, think about the things I would like to say...and then try to let them float away so it doesn't get any worse. Also sometimes if I am really mad, I cry. (I would not recommend doing that cause really, it isn't all that good to be crying all the time to release your emotions....sometimes it is better to just let them go).
Recently I have just let my self feel the physical emotion, think about it for no less than a minute.....and then LET IT GO, and focus on what I am doing. Delete it from your mind.....live in the NOW not the past (even if the past is only 10 minutes prior)....because the only person who can continue to let you feel stressed and angry is you....even if other people are the cause of it. Try to think....'what is the worst that is going to happen if I just let this go right now?' Unless it is a life or death situation or something really serious....then the only bad thing that could come from letting it go would be is that your mind would not be aloud to sit there and stew over it...and that is not a bad thing... it is a good thing cause it won't stress you out anymore.

Fortunately, I work at home so I can get away with it. I listen to doctors all day long, 60% of em trying to speak English and not doing a very good job of it so God knows what my neighbors think, knowing I'm here alone all day and listening to me yelling and MF'ing these docs all day long!

I would stick a soda straw in between my scrotum and leg to scoop up the body cheese, and then squeeze it out onto the pizza or breadsticks of some food stamp fatty who never tipped me.

If things get really bad and I get really frustrated I yell at my boss - he yells back but after a few minutes we get it all out and we're cool again
