Better actress? Better looking? Better cook? I'll go along the shallow road and say that Aishwariya is a hair better looking than Kareena Kapoor--but not by much.

It depends on the role. They are both good actresses, but some roles require an actor like Kareena and some require an actor like Aishwarya.

aishwarya or kareena - i believe there is one clear cut difference, Aishwarya is an actor of her own means, whereas Kareena is definitely a Directors actor.
other than this both have there very own lacunas and finer points.
my fav of kareena is Asoka and Chameli and for Aishwarya its quite a few, but name of the movie doesnt spring up easily, though she did pretty well with Ajay devgan in "Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam"

Both of them suck!! Especially Kareena...have u ever seen "Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon"??? Man..she was sooo HORRIBLE...a lot of over acting..started hating her from then..

why to judge them when they are doing their work pretty well.

Aishwarya ofcourse...she looks absolutely stunning...her magical light eyes.She is humble and polite in all her interviews.
Kareena still has a lot to work on her weight.And she has got too much airs.
