I hope the link that I'm giving you will help you immensly, as I too am hearing impaired. I think that's great that you work with deaf and hearing impaired children. At least that's what I'm presuming you do. Best of luck to you and yours. Books about famous people who are/were deaf are always good inspirational books. I can think of Helen Keller who was blind and deaf; Beethovenwas deaf too. I believe there was yet another actress in the late 19th century or early 20th century who was also deaf. Marleen Martin?
