Most people celebrate on the 28th every other year. I have friends that do this.

My friend who's birthday was 2/29 would have big parties every 4 years. On non leap years he would not celebrate until exactly midnight on 2/28, the midway point between the 28th and the 30th.

Obviously you have lived for yet another year, and as fate would have it the 29th is missing for three years. So 'if the glass is half full' We celebrate on the 28th. If 'the glass is half empty' We celebrate on the first. And Lucky beautiful Ladies celebrate on the 29th.

Well you can have the party on the 1st of March, but the thing is you won't have the actual birthday that sucks Do you know any one born in Feb/29th?

My aunt's birthday is on the 29th of february and she celebrates her birthday either on the 28th of feb or the 1st of march.

my daughter is a leap year baby--we have her b day the day after Feb 28--so depending on what year it is she will have a party on March 1 or Feb 29--

They would celebrate it either Feb 28th, or Mar 1st.
