Under title 10 of the National Security Act any Federal employee's suspicion is adequate grounds for arrest. That means your mail man can get you locked up.

How do you know this? Those people were captured on a battlefield fighting against us. I can't speak for them because I don't know the facts and neither do you. If you prefer, how about you let them live with you or your family while they await their sentencing.
