i have asked some Q's and I have gotten some great responses. But i have also gotten some really bad ones, too.

Liberals aren't happy with the fact that conservatives are gaining ground. They are on the offensive. I strive to be polite to everyone whatever their politics may be, I think we all need to try that. Its hard but worth it.

I think that alot of people on here aren't interested in intelligent discussion, liberal and conservative alike. It's easier to just shout at someone rather than work out an answer.
Right now, at this point in history, I think the liberals are still stinging from the 2000 election, '04 made it worse...it's a bit childish. I sincerely hope I would not feel the same had Gore won in '00...I would hope that I would have still backed the President as the leader of our great country, and respected the office he held.

It seems to me that both sides give the other grief. I haven't noticed much difference, except that those bleeding hearts really do know how to spell (for the most part). I'm not directing that comment to you.
It seems silly to me that we all live in the same country, yet everything has to be divided. I think if you combined the values of both parties, we'd all be on to something. But, that will never happen, so I guess I'll shut up now. You're probably thinking "what a socialistic wanker."

Some people are small minded and bitter.
They love to make generalizations rather than listening to what someone says as an individual.
Please keep thinking for yourself and take the high road. Use good manners and proper language, and you will show that you are more intelligent than the people who bash you for no other reason than the fact that you disagree with them.
Everyone has the right to their own opinion.

Grief is all many of them have to give. It is more in line with their habits of thinking to give a knee-jerk, hostile response than a considered reply.
