If he doesnt want you as part of his social life or to meet many of his friends you have to ask him why. Its not really normal most blokes are proud to show off a new girlfriend.

men and women are pretty much like different species. in order to truly BEGIN to try to understand (hehe...trust me, it's gonna take forever and a lifetime to really understand them, and vice versa), the FIRST thing u need to do is accept and acknowledge that

1) men and women are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT

next, u need to figure out a way to Communicate w/ him, *so that* you both can learn how the other communicates!! that means if u have to ask how he's feeling, or tell him how u are feeling, not in a condescending way, but Explaining why u feel this when he does this, or says that..... also, he has to be Receptive and Open to learning about you. if he cares, he will try.

2) Explain to him, step by step, what is going on in Your mind. why u feel confused, or sad, or neglected. he needs to know that ur not trying to take time away from his friends. u are just trying to feel Validated, as his Girlfriend, and an important part of his life. to feel Appreciated.

*the thing that guys don't understand about women, is that as long as she feels APPRECIATED, she'll probably give him as much freedom as he wants!!!! but when she feels neglected, her grip TIGHTENS cuz she is afraid to lose him! so a guy's job is to make a woman feel confident in her trust, and to feel validated and cared for, and as long as he does that (he needs to learn what is YOU need to feel good. whether it is compliments, special night out, little gifts, etc)....

a woman's instincts are very intuitive. if u feel neglected, most likely you ARE being neglected! but u need to find out if he is doing it because he just doens't care about you, or if it's cuz he just doesn't KNOW what u need. and talking w/ him is the first step in finding out his intentions...if he is a good guy, he will try to meet u halfway. if he disregards ur concerns, makes YOU feel bad about yourself..anything negative, then he is not going to be a good partner for you.

good luck, and remember, guys are a DIFFERENT species!!! :) men are from mars, women are from venus. for reallzzz......trust me, i am in a pretty good relationship and we STILL have communication problems! but i know he is willing to learn, and since i am willing to teach, we are a team~

What's to understand? Just say, "Oh, you're hanging with your friends tonight? OK, I'm coming along -- I've been wanting to meet them."

Dump him. This guy is just not that into you. If you were "the one" he'd make you know it so you wouldn't be at all unsure.

There will be someone out there that will treat you properly.

They are simple creatures. They have bigger bodies and physical straight, and we have intellectual one.
But , do insist to meet his friends. A man is what his friends are...

The way I see it if he loved you he'd want to be with you. Ditch him. If you love somebody you want to be with them as much as you can.
