we'd only got back and in less than a week i walked in to find him in bed with a girl who works at our local bar. do i forgive him or forget him?

I am so sorry this has happened to you. You must be hurting a great deal.
You have to ask yourself if you would like to find him in bed with another woman again another time?
If you let him get away with it you have almost given him permission to hurt you all over again. Walk away and screen your calls because at the very least you need time to think.
Why would you want a man who can t control himself? He does not love you as you deserve to be loved. It may take you a long time to recover from this. Next time you will know the type of man to avoid. Painful though it is I bet its not the first time.
Keep away from him and in time you will find a guy who treats you like a princess and you will look back on this as a lucky escape. Imagine if you were pregnant or had little kids.
He will beg and make excuses maybe he will blame you. (True cads always do. They hate being caught out.) My advice is to ignore him and give yourself lots of loving kindness and time.

You should forget him. He doesnt deserve you. Once a cheater always a cheater. If you let him get away with it this time and forgive him then he will think that its ok and he can do it again and again and you will forgive him so he will just keep right on doing it. Girl do your self a huge favor and find a man that can be faithful and loyal to you and treat you like you deserve to be treated.

Well, is it OK with you that he was in bed with her? I assume it's not or a) you wouldn't be asking, and b) you wouldn't need to "forgive".
The purpose of dating is finding out whether or not someone is compatible with you. Are you saying that a guy who cheats on you is compatible? You're not married, you have no kids together (I hope), so you're free to leave this so-called relationship. Don't waste another day of your life dating a guy like that.

Oh, God, we do make silly things for love. I would say forgive him, if its his first time, but I am a romantic. The answer is DUMP him, he has a lot of nerve to bring other girls into your bed!!!

If you only got back together a week ago and he is already cheating on you how many other women could he cheat on you with before you realise once is one too many, this guy isn't committed as you to this relationship.

I'm sure you're worth more than that. If you forgive him, you'll only make it easier for him to do it again as he'll think its easy to take you for a fool as you'll only end up forgiving him again. If he's capable of doing it once, he'll do it again. You deserve better.

Why do you even need to ask? We women are so silly sometimes, when we claim we are in "love". Kick the bastard (hard) to the curb and you should file cahrges against that BIATCH for trespassing (if it was in your bed).
