I would say perhaps England, only because New Zealand was the first country where womens suffrage was passed. I lived there for about a year and was shocked when I went to the parliament building in Wellington and found that bit of info out. I would think that since New Zealand is 'owned' by England, that of the 4 answers you listed, it would be the right one??

Switzerland. I read an article about the rights of women there. They are the most women friendly country in the world right now.
