When a guy aske for time, there a few things going on in his head. You have to realize that this is a very important moment in his life as well, he needs to get things straightened out in his head and thats why he may be asking you for some time to think about things. It does not necesarily mean that he doesnt want to be with you. We get freaked out with the thought of a girl being pregnant. Its scary for us to you know! I think guys just need a moment or two to figure out what their going to do. Be positive sweetheart!!!

It depends on the guy in question; but the odds-on bet is that it's a stalling tactic -- to find evidence that the baby isn't really his, or for some other conflict he can blow out of proportion so he can leave with a clear conscience, or to run down the clock so you decide to abort the child without him having to ask you to. Sorry to be so blunt, or to have such a low opinion of your man; but it's just my experience.

He may be that he is confused about what to do knowing that you are pregnant. He may be afraid of what comes next, the responsibility of a child and he is not feeling free anymore. Give him the time and plan you future without him. When you had enough of his games you will know and want to move on. In the meantime, do the things necessary to protect yourself and your baby.

No honey we do not always mean forever its just we are scared to take the leap. I had a daughter by my girlfriend in 2004 and before that I really just wanted to run away. Think about it... us men don't want that responsibility sometimes we feel as though we are not ready. let your man have his time and he will come back even better.

Means just what we said. In a situation like that usually to get our heads straight so we can think rationally. That's a major thing to be popped on some one's perverbial lap-- whether we helped with it or not.

It ready depends on the kind of person you are in relation with. All five fingers are never of the same size and every kitchen does not taste the same again and again.

Anyways......he wants to think about what he is doing...should he get involved? Does he want to raise a kid? Its pretty tough knowing hes gonna be a father. Give him time to sort it through.

I would have thought an unplanned, teenage pregnancy would be enough to knock some quick sense into you, but alas, I see it hasn't. Still sensitive? Still so naive? Still holding out hope that your loser boyfriend is going to care about your child that his loser girlfriend (you) spawned? Get real VERY QUICKLY dear!
