She's a natural beauty which is what many find so appealing. Not many people can carry off baldness and still look good. She's also a very talented actress as well!

Her body is hot; her "adult" acting ability isn't. She was great as a little kid, but she stunk as Luke Skywalker's mommy in the Star Wars prequels.
(Especially in Episode Three: Revenge of the Sith! The specific scene that I am talking about is her exchange with Anakin after they rescue Chancellor Palpatine. The "I love you more - No, I love YOU more" scene. Horrible acting! Almost made me bust out laughing in the movie theater!)
