Southern Railway Train Ticket Availability

Visit the appropriate railway site. For southern railway it is www.southernrailway.org. Their number is 131 but I know it is always under staffed and the staff are always on tea break so they will never answer. I hope they outsource it to some call centre. Funny isnt it, America is outsourcing call centre jobs from 20000 miles away and Indian Government is not outsourcing its call centre works that they are not doing properly anyway, within 50 mile radius?

you have not given details about the place to be trravel. But you may conduct telephone No.131 for enquirers about the availability of trains and places. How ever the tickets are not available during the weekend.
