Yes, as long as her OB gives written permission and the pregnancy is normal. Also, airlines have the right to refuse a pregnant woman to travel over 32 weeks.

There have been many studies on pregnant women & air travel. It is ok, however, pg women may prefer to seek advice from the physician before doing so. I will be flying to TN for the holidays & see no harm in it.

A pregnant woman cannot travel in the 3rd trimester...it can bring on labour...most airlines won't let you fly. Talk to your Dr

yes of course, just try to stay out of the air in your last 2 months I think it is. Check with your GP first.

depends on your prenancy and condition. I went on vacation when I was 5 months and 7 months. But my second pregnancy I could not get on any type of air craft... doctors orders..!

I'm not pregnant nor have I ever been. But I do see pregnant women flying all the time. Ask your doc.

yes, very safe ...just get your doctor's O.k. i was 7 months pregnant and i was fine and now have a healthy, happy baby boy who is now 7 months old. Wow, where did the time go?
