I guess this computer allows only 1 hard drive, cd/dvd and floppy drive. Can i take out the floppy drive and put in a second hard drive? Will that draw too much power or damage my computer?

yes you can change them. They will not draw too much power. Even easier is to open it and look at the drive cables. You will find that the floppy is on a different set of cables from the hard drive. The hard drive cable has a second set of connectors on it.

Leave the floppy and the existing hard drive. Add a second hard drive (it will fit onto an internal shelf there). Set the jumpers on it as the drive maker requires for a second drive. You then have all the existing stuff and more.
