I think you need NOT to base your decision on Yahoo! Answers and instead find an employmen attorney to talk to. Sexual harassment is pretty complicated - made more complicated based on you working for a non-profit.

The rules vary by state but there is an over-arching Federal Statute in place- but even that depends on many things (how big is your organization).

I would talk to the attorney ASAP so that you know your legal course of action should talking to the employer fail or, worse, they overreact and do something inappropriate again. Also it is just good to know your rights and how to talk to your employer- and who to talk to.

People hate going to an attorney but that is not the same as suing anyone. It's an issue of getting a good perspetive on the situation and how you should handle it to make sure you are treated fairly.

The first thing obviously is prayer. I would also suggest an upfront direct conversation making your position plan. Be clear yet respectful about what is intolerable. If he refuses to oblige, that's when you could threaten to tell someone else.
