You have a LEGAL obligation as the guardian and owner of those pets to protect them from harm. This boarder is a clear and imminent threat to that if he has access to those animals. Your duty is first to mitigate the damage by tending to the animals immediate medical needs, secondly to secure and lock away the animals from his access, and thirdly to report him to the authorities immediately, otherwise you risk becoming an accessory to his illegal, criminal acts. From a psychological standpoint, this individual is likely to have already committed acts of cruelty on other animals and will likely escalate such behaviour in the future, if not controlled now. You do youself and your bf a legal favor by reporting him, you do the boarder a favor by stemming this problem, and you do your pets a favor before he arcs out and decides to kill them.
Get rid of this asshole boarder now.

If he did shoot the rabbit in the eye, the pellet would've gotten stuck inside the eye or at least left a very visible mark. If he did shoot the bottle you would still have the pellet inside of it, unless it came clean out the other side (but then you would have two holes not one). So given what you've provided I'd say no, not likely that he shot the rabbit or the bottle.

Now, as for the rabbit's eye. It is not uncommon for rabbits to loose an eye due to natural causes. Ussually you will see their eye turn 'whitish' without an apparent cause. There are many reasons why this may happen.

also you could test the idea of the pellet hitting the bottle by shooting it again with his air riffle, if the hole resembles the first one that ought to be conclusive.

I would get rid of a boarder before you lose an eye. I don't think rabbits are that good with a pellet riffle themselves. Just make sure it isn't the boyfriend or both of them.
Anounce you are going to make an arrest unless the damage is paid for and your camera will prove who is guility.
If yo ar esure it is th eboarder run his butt off as he is not just mean and weird but dangerous.

there is archaeological data that some places interior the Bible existed, real. This, in spite of the undeniable fact that, is comparable to asserting that Harry Potter and Sherlock Holmes existed because of the fact there is archaeological data of London. there is amazingly little data of any specific activities interior the Bible, and much against (e.g., cities meant to have been conquered by Joshua did no longer exist on the time, etc.). Bible prophecies are obscure adequate that they can be fulfilled countless circumstances, and nonetheless be claimed as "evidence" of different issues. there is no longer something specific. and a great form of non-scientific data to boot. There are no sturdy non-Biblical account of Jesus. human beings will die for issues they believe are real, whether they do no longer look to be. human beings have been keen to die for Jim Jones, David Koresh, and a goodly form of different lunatics. Koresh, in specific, claimed he became into the return of Christ. If human beings have been keen to die for him, does that mean he became into surprising? The few places the place the hot testomony would desire to be matched to historic activities, it has failed miserably (e.g., delivery dates for Jesus ten years aside, Nazareth did no longer even exist on the time, no checklist of a bloodbath or the launch of prisoners on the Passover, etc. etc. etc.) Given an unlikely adventure such because of the fact the spontaneous resurrection and assumption into heaven of a guy or woman, the finest assumption isn't that the resurrection and assumption happened, yet that somebody made up a narrative, stole a physique, etc. Occamk's razor says the main possibly tale is real, no longer the least possibly. If this assumption have been to be surprising, then each and every lacking guy or woman would desire to be mentioned to have died, resurrected, and been assumed actual into heaven. howdy, there is not any evidence it did no longer ensue, so it is going to be real, surprising? Your very final assertion is in line with enormous "if", and around good judgment. plenty extra possibly he in simple terms believed he became into the Son of God. there are a great form of folk on the streets of manhattan in the present day who believe that - in case you do no longer believe them, why believe in a Judean anarcho-communist hippie?

I think you need a new boarder. Anyone who shoots animals for fun is going to shoot kids in the eyes next.
