When I was in my 20s I was exuberant high on life very joyful and at times very manic (I do have bipolar)

Now years later I am still joyful but much calmer than I was and In some ways I miss having that manicness because I was always on a high.

I am more steady and reliable what are postive things to do to continue to do well? I do love the Lord and He always is a help to me.

Congratulations. You have grown up and found the God-shaped hole in your heart.

This is normal since you feel that you are in the joyful spirit.

By the way tell you some jokes:

-Doctor! I have a serious problem, I can never remember what i just said.
-When did you first notice this problem?
-What problem?

One more joke:

A guy calls his vet and says "What should I do with my cat?Vet says "What do you mean? Guy says "I had a leak in my lawnmowers gas tank and the cat drank the gas. Then the cat began to run around and around the yard, climbed a tree. then fell out of the tree stiff. Vet says "Is the cat dead? Guy replies "nope he ran out of gas.

Last of all just want to tell you that whatever you do, just don't give up. Also you must love and care for the people around you. In that way they will also show you the love that you show to them. Just be yourself and happy everyday. Wish you all the best and good luck!!

We change our cells at a very rapid rate and apparently are an entirely different person (cellular) every 7 years. So when it comes to mentally and spiritually, would you not also evolve?

When we are 20 we have exuberance without any control. At 40 we have a lot of control, without enthusiasm. At 70 we accept.

Yes, it is normal and you should be VERY HAPPY. It means that you are defeating your disease.
I would be very happy.
I used to be a bit like you....well almost like you and now I am like you are saying. In the start I felt weird but after I understood I was getting healthy and I was growing up. Celebrate and be happy for it. Not so many people can say what you said.

Everybody changes. Though, in some aspects, they stay the same. So yea, it's normal. If you're looking for a high, go mountain hiking, skydiving or something to get your adrinaline going. Just don't drink and get high and you'll be alright.

Well I'm glad you love the Lord. Find something fun to do. That will help your anxiety to be manicness.

Of course this is normal. As you go through life you learn new things and progress & change from the experiences you have.
