Skin lightening cream. People of darker skin tones- Black & Latin use them all the time.
Follow directions, it's topical application like creams and moisturizers. If they didn't work they wouldn't be so plentiful.

Sorry I have even been to a plastic surgeon and there is no way to get rid of dark circles. They are caused by thin skin in that area and the blood vessels show thru causing the dark look. Just find a good cover up and live with it. I hate mine but oh well....

Hemorrhoid cream only gets rid of puffiness, it does not get rid of dark circles. The darkness is due to the fact that you are not getting a good night's sleep. You can try concealer but this does not get rid of the color it only covers it up.
Try to go to sleep earlier and do not drink any tea or coffee after 6 at night.

If you want something for the short run, use a good concealer. Just dont over do it! If you want to minimize them for good, use skin lightening creams or get more rest.

spoons in the freezer. place them on the black for a couple of minutes. and get more sleep.
