Beggars are people, and begging is an activity.

We must try to eradicate begging, and not beggars. And banning beggars is not the way to stop begging.

We need something called, rehabilitation in order to take care of beggars. They are the part of our society. They are not clean, they are hungry, but they are living people, they too can feel, they too have emotions, and they too need care.

I personally feel that rather than building more flyovers, and stadiums of multi crores, we must take care of these people from the lowest rungs of the society.

But I am sorry to say that I don't have any constructive ideas to tell you how this can be done.

Yes, absolutely, just as soon as all the beggars have useful employment at a living wage, and those who cannot work are taken care of properly.

particular, i'm trust you that habit and the character of maximum Indian human beings isn't so stable. there's a great loss of ethical values and self-discipline. Even the stern rules won't be able to do something if the folk do not prefer to alter themselves. government can in simple terms make rules yet she will't replace the physique of recommendations of the folk of the country. Our police is a great deal to blame for this concern. As you mentioned that police do not do something or take strict steps against defaulters through fact police is itself contain in those activities. In my city, I observed policemen smoking on a similar time as on their responsibilities that too in front of public. So, how they are able to end individuals from doing that in the event that they are too contain interior the comparable activities. ultimately..........i prefer to mentioned that "The concern of India is genuinely not replaced until at last human beings do not replace into wakeful approximately their accountability for the country and not undertake ethical values in simple terms like me, you & others with those values." thank you for asking this question. i such as you.

Those who are physically handicapped are uncapable of doing any work, might be allowed to beg. They live by our grace and are really helpless.
Those beggars should be discouraged ,who are physically fit ,but are lazy to work. They must be shown a way for self-employment.

You mean begging should be banned - beggers (needy rather) should be taken care of by those who ban begging -ie. the govt.

NO. PERHAPS IF THERE WAS MORE CONCERN AND CARE FOR ONE ANOTHER, THEY WOULD NOT BE IN THE POSITION TO BEG. PERHAPS THERE ARE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT YOU ARE NOT AWARE OF.... INDIA IS A CASTE SOCIETY, WHAT GIVES ANYONE THE RIGHT TO LOOK DOWN UPON ANOTHER....BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY HAVE OR DONT HAVE? WE HAVE BECOME PRETTY SHALLOW....IF THATS WHAT LIFE IS ABOUT.
