why are all african-americans saying they aren't africans, it is like saying white americans aren't europeans, to me it is ridiculous. For the information, it is not americans-africans , the other around so what is up with that? Some say people of the islands aren't africans, maybe i am wrong?

It's a heritage thing. Anyone born in the US is an American. They tack on other things, like African or European, just to acknowledge their heritage.

If she was born anywhere but on the continent of Africa she isn't African. Just as a white man born in Ohio is not European. Unless of course she moved to say Kenya and became a citizen of that nation then she would be an African.

Most Blacks have been here in America since White people stole it from the Indians and have not only adopted American culture and religion but have also intermarried and had kids with Whites and Indians so we are 100% American just like anyone else here. DUH!

Rihanna is ugly in standards,to me thats only my opinion.I mean look at her ****** forehead its huge.lot of black women always say they're better looking than asians/whites/latinas,Im not seein it.Not sayang that white asians and latinas cant be ugly.
