any one else have electrical problems 1997-2003 f-150 what was the problem?

my wipers and interior lights go out at the same time it is not the fuse. also where is the electronic control unit

1- the turn signal knob that has wiper controls and light functions is a module that controls all that..It comes in one piece.

2- the ecu is in the dash on these
