MaryKay.com maybe...I remember when I was 13 a friend of mine had a MaryKay party at her house and the sales representative gave us these little packets of makeup to try on and instructed us how to put everything on. But some other pointers:

First do the eyelid (no crazy colors please, unless that is the look you desire), then from where your bone starts up to your eyebrow put shimmer shadow (or light eyeshadow that closely matches the color of your skin) from where the eye starts closest to your nose (imagine a line going straight up to where the eyebrow would intersect that line) and start there, cover the entire surface area, now imagine another line from the end of your eye up to the end of your eyebrow, stop along that line. Fade this shadow so you just get the shimmer. Now you take a third color (a little darker than the first color) and put it along the crease between the soft eye skin and the skin on the bone. Experiment, results may vary.

Also: scan pictures in a magazine and copy those looks following the above guidelines.

Eyeliner: Try a THIN line just above and on the base of your eyelashes. I usually don't put eyeliner on the entire eye, just the "tail" which is a little less than halfway from the nose to give my eyes a little more shape.

Best way to do eyemakeup: Sit in the bathroom mirror, even on the sink if its big enough and play until you get bored. You have two eyes, try two different things. Wash off when done :-D.

No but it is not that hard. make sure to use the three shades. put the darker one on the bottom to the top of the lid and stop right before the crease. medium shade, just right above the dark and up to just before the brow line, the medium also should just cover the hard bone. and the lightest color should just fill the rest of the eye. look in a magazine and find make up looks that you like and practice and you will have the makeup style that you like
