I'm right there with you. I'm also 38 weeks and feeling the same things you are. Tired, heavy and sick at times. I had a dr appt just this week and my doc said all those feelings are normal and so is the discharge. Our bodies and babies are getting ready for the big event.

You're super tired cause your body wants to rest up for labor. The discharge is your vagina cleaning itself out (it could also be your mucus plug if you haven't lost it by now). The sick feeling is the hormonal changes going on to prepare you for labor. The heavy feeling is the dropping of the baby.

I have the same 'kicked in the crotch' feeling in the morning. It's the joints and ligaments in your groin from resting at night. When we move around, we move them around too. If they haven't been active all night, they'll seem sore when we do get up in the morning.

It's almost over!!! We'll have babies soon. Good Luck!!

All sounds pretty normal to me. Pregnancy is different with every child and every woman! Man, what a bummer, you are so close to your due date! I bet you are ready to get it over with! If you feel kicked between the legs in the morning, it is probably because you have been. Is the baby facing up or down? HOWEVER, if you feel like your uterus is going to fall out while you are walking, maybe like that heavy feeling you are having, I would go to the doctor or hospital immediately! You could be having an aborption which is the placenta seperating from the uteral wall! I had a placenta aborption with my 2nd child and felt like everytime I stood up all of me would fall out, so to speak. I had no blood discharge, and very little mucus discharge while this was happening to me. Do you have bad head aches with that sickness? Any bad swelling? Doesn't hurt to be safe and see a doctor.

the baby's getting ready to come out!! the baby is descending to your pelvis-or has already- putting pressure "between your legs", that's why you feel pain there.when this happened to me, i was already 4 cm dilated and was ordered complete bed rest until my due date. i had the same signs and symptoms that you describe except i was only 28 weeks pregnant when i started to feel the way you are feeling. of course, everyone's different so you better get checked!! word of advice.. no heavy lifting as this will intensify the pain in your pelvic area. Best of luck to you and Congratulations.
