A woman's walk is the first thing I notice about her. It lets you know two things: how she feels about herself, and how much she cares about herself. (two different things)
Women can walk in a variety of ways, and I have been known to NOT date very attractive women who walked incorrectly. Seeing a woman walk slew-footed is about the ugliest most repulsive thing I could see. Pigeon toed is not quite as bad: slightly endearing, but still a disqualifier. There must be no limp, strides must be a comfortable length and move at a medium to quick pace. Her feet must ALWAYS point straight ahead on every step, heel landing first. Her head must be erect and eye contact with the people around is a must. Her feet can not touch the ground between steps. She must swing her arms fully and naturally at her sides without them coming across her body. She can not excessively move her hips either side to side or up and down.
Too easy right? Nope: about 70% don't make the cut.
Aside form the obvious signs of head hung low and short dragging steps, If she keeps her elbows too bent or brings her arms too much across her body it also shows that she lacks confidence.
If she walks upright but blatantly slew footed then she is confident but doesn't value her appearance (think: Rosie O'Donnell)
There are many other signs, but these are the main ones coming to mind right now

i just walk. i don't plan it out how I'm going to walk that day. but i usually slightly swing my right arm. i keep a straight posture, head up, i think it all depends on how your body naturally moves. sometimes our boobs and butt bounce if walking fast but i don't really like that.
