are there biomedical engineering companies in dubai? other than J&J?

am a biomedical engineer with some experience. graduated from a respected Univ in the states. i am a gulf citizen (oil rich arabian gulf countries) and i cant find a job in this region. i've tried kuwait & bahrain. any chances in dubai?
and please dont suggest saudi arabia!
WILL NEVER GO THERE!
