ford is not your grampa's car dealer anymore i'm afraid, I bought a 2006 mustang convertible and have not been happy with several things and the stock answer i get is "that's just the way it is"..hasn't escalated to the point of me registering a complaint yet, but i imagine it is tough to do like you say....The dudes on top are well insulated from complaints i bet..you might have better luck going through your state's consumer protection agency...Good luck

they have a complaint dept. in Detroit if its new you can take it to any dealer . They like to hear about that. just go to a different dealership they will hook you up fast . They'd really like to hear about that trust me the ford motor company is like the rest they look for things to keep you happy. So try any other dealership, thats another thing it could be a recall ,and thats where they come from so let them know. Call information in Detroit ask for a 1 800 # for complaints like i said any other dealership will help stay away from the one your going too or they will cover the ***

The officers of any publicly traded company are on file with the SEC-- check sec.gov or finance.yahoo.com. You could try writing them a letter at the address of their corporate headquarters. However, it's still unlikely they'll read the letter themselves.
Sorry to hear about your Ford. Try Honda next time, you won't be disappointed.

It's well known that it's 10 times harder to persuade someone to like something than it is to persuade them to dislike something.
Put a sign on the back of your Ford that expresses your dissatisfaction. "DON'T BUY A FORD" "THIS CAR IS A PIECE OF JUNK" or "FORD DOESN'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT".
You'll do more damage to Ford in your local area than you can know.
Don't stop trying to get ahold of the bigwigs, you may get satisfaction, but if everybody used this technique, we would all get clued in real quick which cars NOT to buy.
