the dress is more feminine but the skirt is more fun and flirty and young. when i see a hot girl in a skirt i feel like going behind her and whispering "i'm gonna fcuk u sexy" while kissing her neck and lifting her skirt pulling her panties to the side and easing my raging tool in to her hot, wet love.

The Dress - but overall, it depends on what you are doing and where you are wearing either of them. For a date, the dress is best. For work, definitely the skirt. It also depends on who you are working to impress.
