I like mine VERY RARE. Just slightly warm on the outside.
Resturants NEVER get it right.

I'm with you!!!!! I love my meat just warmed and resturants are probably scared not to cook it through more.

Medium rare. I like it browned just a little bit, but mostly red and juicy. I know right!! They can never get it just the way i want it!

rare to medium rare. If you ask for it medium rate...they only seem to get the medium part heard and ignore the rare.

So I go with rare to medium rare and then they seem to get it right.

I have to say well done. I hate to see the inside of the meat oozing red liquid. I like buttered mushroom and saute onions on the side.

steak is delicious anyway it is cooked. I just say "suprise me" when they ask, and whatever I get is what I get. More often than not, though, it comes to me with just the slightest hint of red, but hey, I'm not complaining!!

I like mine well done and restaurants never get it right. There is always a little red juice oozing out when I cut the meat. Gross.
