Figure out what cycle day you are on. Go back to the first day of your most recent period. That is considered day one (I know, it doesn't really make sense to me either). Count up to today. Most women ovulate on or around the 14th day of their cycle (if they have a typical 28 day cycle.) If you are close to that day, I wouldn't worry at all. It is probably ovulation pain. If you are not close to that day, and if your pain continues, you should go to the Dr. I personally have cramping, achy back, and irritability when I ovulate. But mine tends to vary from month to month. Some are alot worse than others, for some reason.

This may sound funny, the answer is bananas. Eat a banana every morning and kiss cramp goodbye. I used to get terrible cramp on and off, a friend suggested bananas. It's been several years and I have never ever experienced a cramp since.

Sounds to me like 1 of 2 things - you are about to have another period which can come irregularly or you are ovulating - when I ovulate (which I might add is only once or twice per year for me) I feel pain like period pain in my back - nothing to worry about though HTH

It's possible that you just might have some bad gas. Gas cause your stomach to cramp up as well as some areas in you back... I would take some antacids to maybe take some of the pain away... if it doesn't go away in a few days....i would go see your doctor.

If it's pain on your lower back it might be your kidneys, like my wife gets. Get it checked out if it's not irregular period/ovulation.

You're about to have another period. Sometimes they get irregular. Its nothing to worry about unless they stay irregular.
