I'd guess one of the bones in the middle ear - the hammer, anvil or stirrup. If the not the smallest, at least they are very small.

It will be one of the human inner ear bones and I think it's the stirrup(stapes). the other 2 of the 3 are the malleus(hammer) and incus(anvil).
