A great site is list.com
It contains the following unbelievably long and detailed lists:
1. Every movie ever filmed (including home movies and independent college projects)
2. The name of every human born since the dawn of mankind right up to 11:59 pm December 31, 2005
3. The name of every pet ever owned by anyone in the history of earth
4. The name of every sex partner Madonna has been with.

Why do you need that list? Half on the list would be student and short films, old black and whites, one camera set-up crappy 3-minute affairs from 1910, movies you could never find, that aren't on DVD, etc etc etc. When you really think about a comprehensive list, well, it's not like all those movies are REAL movies in the first place; but then when you narrow it down to actual, substantial feature films with a theatrical release, 60% of those are still exploitative garbage. What you want is a comprehensive list of movies that don't suck. At your book store you can a couple of tomes that list perhaps the 1000 best films of all time, which would be a better start.
Or on the other hand, buy the book of -- or find the link for Ebert's "The Great Movies" list, which is featured on Roger Ebert's website.
Otherwise -- imDb.com.

Since any printed film guide you find will probably only list English language films or foreign films that have won praise, you'd be missing out on all the other great films from around the world, especially India, which produces more films each year than Hollywood does. Good luck though. If you ever get that list together, you should publish it online for the rest of us!

I'm not sure you'd find a complete list anywhere, the total would run in to the millions.
www.imdb.com is an excellent point of reference though.

Go to www.imdb.com
It should tell you everything you need to know.
I doubt any site would actually LIST all of them together, but here is a good start.
