Jack black definitely. Atleat all the movies i have seen with Jack black, i think he is better than will ferrel. will has this wierd look on his face. he can be funny but i like jack black. it's just my opinion.

Will Ferrell (and this takes nothing away from jack black who is awesome) - BUT Will Ferrell can do more, play more characters, be more subtly funny as well as outrageously sick and funny, has already had a long career and is only now hitting his stride, and can write.
Jack Black is hysterically funny and can act as well (check out King Kong) but is just more limited as to the kinds of humor he can do.

I was crazy about Will Ferrell when he was on Saturday Night Live. Now I think I like Jack Black better, he tends to be in better movies.

Will Ferrell isn't really talented but he has a LOT of spirit. He's got a good personality. Jack Black on the other hand has talent and spirit, so I gotta go with him -- J.B. all the way.

Personally i don't like either. Nothing against either of them but since you asked, I will pick Will Ferrell. Just because I loved him in ELF. It was cute.
