Talk to your dr could be just a change in diet or stress could be something else. I had mines for almost three months because I had a polyp and had to have a D&C to have it removed

im going through that right now too...i know pregnancy is not a factor, but my granpa recently died, therefore i've been under alot of stress, my doc said stress, changes in sleep or diet....all effect this, and that thing will balance themselves out...obviously if after a month i would advise seeing a doc to see if anything else is going on...
