i went to the doc yesterday and my blood pressure was high 146/90,i have to go back tomarrow is there a chance they could put me in the hospital if it is high again??also what will they do when my blood pressure is high give me medicine and then induce my labor or what??

i'm a little freaked out by my blood pressure myself.. i'm 38 weeks and when i have been getting mine taken they keep saying its lower than normal.. eeek..
i think in your situation they will probably induce the baby and keep you monitored.. its a good idea to ask your doctor what your options are.

yes sometimes when the mothers blood presure is real high they well induce labor but dont be afraid your baby wont be very early my daughter was 2 month early and shes just fine now .if they didnt hospitialize you yesterday then they obivoulsy thought it might go down on its own they proubly want you to come back tommorow just to be on the safe side

they'll be giving you pills or get u in the hospital over night...depends on what the doctor thinks

they are more likely to keep you in hospital to keep an eye on you till you av the baby

They'll do more test, like protein in urine. They'll determine if you have pre-eclampsia, if you do, they'll induce you.

i would rather be in the hospital anyway...that sounds dangerous.
