Ya know that's a pretty tricky question despite what people may think of Indy. The Giants were one of the top scoring machines in the NFL last season, and Eli isn't going to just drop off into oblivion, he's getting better, although the playoff loss 23-0 to my Panthers doesn't quite show it. The defense is improved and the offense is just as capable as ever, although most of it is aging and wont be around much longer probably, it's enough to beat the Colts if they let their guard down.

There really isn't a far superior team here but when chosing anything this close I have to go with experience and pick the Colts anyway, but I wouldn't be suprised if a few turnovers give the game right over to the Giants, that's all it takes with offenses like those.

I'll guess Colts 27 Giants 20 (But like I said, factor in the turnovers and we could have a high scoring ballgame)

It takes more than a Manning to win a game. Peyton and the Colts will be victorious on Sunday.

I love both guys, they're both incredible at what they do.
I happen to be a fan of both the Colts and Giants, but I'm going with the Colts on this one.

Peyton has more offensive weapons than the Giants can handle, Michael Strahan will have his hands full with arguably one of the best offensive lines in Football.

While we've all seen what happens to a Manning in their 3rd year, Peyton has more experience, and despite his SLIGHTLY weaker arm, Peyton is actually the more accurate passer.

The Giants Offensive line at times is not sturdy, and Dwight Freeney, Robert Mathis and Corey Simon will take huge advantage of this.
Eli will have to make a lot of very quick decisions, and the Colts defensive backs are more than capable of picking off a badly thrown pass [a la Cato June last season]

Sorry Giants fans, this one is Peytons.

Eli and the G MEN.
On Inside the NFL on HBO, Peyton even admitted to Dan Marino after Peyton broke his Most TDs in a season record that (on national TV) Eli has the stronger, more accurate arm.

21-13, GIANTS.

Eli will come out the winner in Week One, but when they meet this season in the Super Bowl, Peyton will win his first Super Bowl.
