Have anyone ever worked for this company?.. Can someone check them and tell me if they think it is real or scam?

It is a scam. Why would the ship supplies to you, have you ship back a completed pin, when they can produce them in house cheaper, faster, and with more quality control? You are basically buying a pin and some crap to build another. They may buy a few from you, but by and large your work will be deemed "not good enough," or they may buy it for little more than the supplies. After you factor in shipping, you would probably not make any money at all.

They also limit you to 200 a week. I doubt you would make 10 cents apiece, so that means you make 20 dollars. You can work at McDonalds for 3 hours and make 20 dollars at minimum wage. I bet it takes more than 3 hours to make 200 angels.

Any company that asks for an amount of money up front, even for a starter kit is usually a scam. If they really needed help they wouldn't make you pay money up front.
