maybe the Yucatan Peninsula, I don't think that South Africa and South America are considered peninsulas for the simple fact that they are continents even though their land mass is in the shape of a peninsula and if they were considered then they would be the largest, however I am not entirely sure on this because I did a search for that on the internet and I didn't come up with anything

I guess Africa, the bottom part could all be considered a penninsula, because it is cover by water on 3 sides
