Any board that has any type of keys on it.

Telephone have it but, are usually call key pads, if they have few keys only . Again telephone companies had exchanges, this was before the use of computers, the companies employed lots of people to operate their exchange key boards, people actually exchange wires and made connection manually. Some employee would be sitting down, some would be on skates they carried wires to a distant employee from one end of the building to the other. Then came the switch boards, they were also call key boards.

There are board on the wall from which, people hang keys to locked rooms.

Even a casio(musical instrument) is refered as the keyboard.
