No masturbation gets no correlation with your problem. I don't know if there are specific drugs but for that you should hear a doctor. Your times aren't normal because the average is within 15-30 min. and it's a mental matter mainly. It is wrongly called premature ejaculation and you could correct that defect in advance even. Try to do longer foreplay getting penetration as late as possible. Then during the act stop many times and especiall when you feel the orgasm is arriving, going on with foreplay in the meanwhile. Somebody even tries to get less excitement thinking about other (bad) stuff during the movements so to prolong the act.

You basically have to take it slow and spend a lot of time in foreplay (kissing and touching all the parts of her body...see the errogenous zone question).
For you, you have to slow down or stop when you feel you are going to explode and then start back up when you are ready again. If you are in the missionary position, make sure she keeps her legs flat on the bed because as soon as she pushes her legs up you will be toast.

i think the reason why is that since you masturbate a lot, you're mind is focused on the climax. try not to do it regularly to condition yourself. your problem is normal. im sure a lot of guys out there experience the sme thing. when i was younger i ejaculate in less than a minute, but the upside is that i can penetrate and come again at the same time. you're young, just enjoy what you have and not worry about it. try prolonging the foreplay that would keep you busy.

Being a minute man means that you lack self control (it is a mental thing),........u might need to just always go for he 2nd round....it always lasts longer the 2nd time.
