Chavez has visited Castro at least 3 times since the "surgery" or illness or whatever it is. Yes they are tight.

So? Dubya used to be good friends with the Bin Ladens. Had 'em to his ranch.......wined and dined 'em. Might not mean anything, but on the other hand, when Dubya had a chance to catch Bin Laden in Afghanistan he turned his attention to Iraq.

Yes. Chavez and Castro are pretty tight. If Castro dies - expect Chavez to have big influence on who succeeds him.
