I am around 30 Yrs of age & married for past 4 yrs my wife just delivered a baby & not available for couple of weeks & In between I have started liking a Girl & she knowingly that I m marrried & having kids she still show me her boobs this way or that way.
I also remain in her thoughts can I have her?

No - this is temptation. It's thrilling to have this kind of attention, particularly at this time in your life - but you know it is wrong to cat around on your wife while she is recovering from birthing your child.
Enjoy the attention (and fantasies) but don't touch her. You will feel very good about yourself down the line. Focus on the life you are starting with your wife and new child.
I find this sort of thing a lot. We resolve to do something and the universe comes and says "are you sure you wouldn't rather just stay down here where it is comfortable and easy?" If you give in to that temptation you find very soon that your situation is a lot worse than it was before. I hope you are one of these people that just write things like this to get a rise out of people because if you were any kind of descent human being then you would never think of hurting your wife this way. She just went through one of the hardest emotional things of her life and you are there for her like this?? And people wonder why women shoot their husbands. You are a real class act, this child doesn't deserve you as a father and you don't deserve them, and just remember if she acts like such a whore around you what makes you think she doesn't do this for all the guys..
