I suffer from acne, and find that those products can keep it at bay for a few weeks, then I have to go back to my prescribed treatment.

Well, I use natural witch hazel that can be bought at the chemists. It should say distilled witch hazel BPC. I add ten drops of tea tree 100% essential oil to it, that way is much cheaper and safer to use than the chemical solutions Boots or Superdrug sell. The chemicals in those can cause more damage, especially if you have sensitive skin.

I dont rate the boots tee tree range - depending on your skin it might affect you differently but I found it too strong - after a few days I didnt only have a spot problem but also a moisturising problem. The witch hazle stuff is great.

No I haven't, but it probably works really well with the tea tree skincare. I use tea tree products on my hair and skin and it keeps my hair and skin shining and soft so I will have to try this.

I used the body shop´s tea tree oil moisturiser and it worked quite well, dunno about witch hazel, but its good for burns so you could have a good multi-purpose product there!

With me, it dried my skin out so much, i had to stop using it.
Not worth it.
Though i highly recommend Neutrogena visibly clear blackhead scrub. Works wonders.
