I might have a look on my face like thank god and then think, I'm even god uses physical discipline with us so we have to do the same with our children. IF YOU DON'T TAKE CARE OF YOUR CHILD NOW..THE POLICE WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM LATER(IN LIFE)
My son had a tantrum ONCE in the bronx.so he fell out on the ground cause he saw a toy in the chinese store. And he had plenty of toys with him books snacks and food. i started to spank him right there immidiately on the spot i said to him oh so u wanna fall out and cry right. I said again do you wanna cry.? He still was crying so i said ok i'm gonna give you a real reason to cry i started to spank him and i was asking him while i was spanking him So u wanna cry right? you wanna cry? he like no mommie no. I'm like yeah ok lets go and don't ever do that again.
I brought him in this world.

See those are the butt whippins we use to get back in the day. Those would have you straight. Now they want to arrest you. Well lock me up cause there is only one jugde GOD and he jugdes everyone eventually. He only knows our true hearts and intentions.

Parents know their own children and most after telling their children to do or not do something, the child tends to do the opposite. A correctional spanking after the child has disobeyed is good so that the child understands while will come of disobedience. Of course there's the occasional abuser, but for the most part, I think a parent has the right to correct their children how they see fit. I mean look at society today. So many protection services and school interferences, not against them, but have made our society so afraid to correct our children that a lot have run a muck.

First of all, spanking is not child abuse! Leaving more than a "transitory mark" is child abuse. If you reprimand a parent in front of a child, YOU are abusing that child. Except in the RARE case that someone actuallly did beat their child in public (which I don't believe happened in this case), smile supportively at the parent who is brave enough to parent correctly. None of us wants to live with children that you "It's child abuse!" crowd are threatening to raise.

Little children are instictive and primitive. Sometimes minor pain is the only language they understand. I do think that spanking should be reserved for the more serious infractions, including blatant disrespect or threat to authority. Children should also receive explanations and should be able to predict the consequences of their actions.

Probably nothing, and give the mother the benefit of the doubt. Nothing worse than a little kid throwing a fit in a public place because they think they get mom to cave in under such circumstances. Of course, if mom has enabled him/let him to act like that in the past then she needs to take some responsibility for it. However, at the moment it's happening she must address it(like she did) or it will only get worse and uglier the older the kid gets.

Nothing. I saw this at the grocery store. Kid was cutting up. I was so glad when the mom pulled out some old fashion disclipline and spanked her butt in the middle of the store. Kid straightened up real fast. I wanted to applaud. I would do the same.

Nothing, different kids do different things. If the kid normally wasn't whiney and didn't cry over everything......then that would be pretty messed up to spank him for it....................but I've seen some kids who were severely babied as a toddler.......or infant even.....and as a result, any remotely upsetting thing they would ball over.......and so now the parents are stuck having to toughen them up lol.....kind of frustrating not being able to know exactly how that child is though huh.

i would say hallelujah mom!!!! kids dont fall out from crying they fall out from being spoiled rotten and not getting enough discipline....the govt needs to stay out of this ...nothing wrong with spanking and i dont mean a beating ...but a spanking is ok if its done out of love and done for the purpose of discipline

mind my own business and be satisfied that the mom is teaching her kid a lesson for being a spoiled brat.
