After many late nights and years of perseverance, I have finally completed the plans for my Time Machine. I have assembled the Base structure and other rudimentary aspects and have now begun work on the Core Elements. I would rather keep the Government out of this project and so plan not to inform them of this. I have run out of money and would kindly like donations; Depending on the size-you will receive by e-mail, 3-4-5-6 correct lottery numbers when I go back.
I am also looking for an Assistant to travel with me, You must be Fit and healthy and able to handle yourself well in situations of possible Danger!!! You Must also provide your own weapons of Combat.

You poor, poor deluded fool. We have been watching you since you completed your Time Machine in April of 2009. We followed you back in May of 2009 when you were stupid enough to leave the co-ordinates displayed on the Flux Capacitor. Sheesh, some people never learn.
Obviously you will still complete your project as we decided that the blonde assistant we sent you was worth the investment.
Just so you know though, we DID prevent you from getting those numbers to return back though.

I think I would be an ideal companion for you. I am young, fit and healthy with a proven record of dealing with precarious and sensitive situations (having worked as both a mental health carer and bar supervisor in Stoke On Trent). I am well educated and extremely well read in history and culture. I am also a magnificent cook, avid cleaner and a challenging Scrabble opponent.
I can easily provide my own weapons: my pocket knife and my trusty jack russell, Scrappy. He is house trained. Let me know.

OK paradox time.
If time travel was available it would have always been so. People from the future who invented it would have travelled into the past. at some time there would have been an accident or someone would have got greedy (human nature) the time machine would have been found, copied and sold. it doesn't matter if the technology is available in the past, they would just travel forward in time until it was manufacture and then comeback. confused
Also if time travel was possible, where are all the time travellers?
