If they still sell it, I would think any good toy store like ToysRUs, or even Wal-mart. If not, check out garage sales or Goodwill stores.

It is made by the company Pressman Toys and should be available readily from specialty toys stores (probably not Toy'R'Us, but maybe). If not, I am sure you can find it online by searching "triominoes".
