A friend of mine sent me 2 pictures through email & I somehow managed to get one of them on my 360 beta page, but can't figure out how I did it. How do I get the second one on my 360 beta page? Thanks to anyone that can manage to help!

It depends on where you want it to show:
Your picture, your blog or your photo album.
Your picture:
Click on "My Page", "Edit Personal Photos" and click "Browse..." to find the picture on your computer, select it, and click "OK"
Your blog:
Click on "My Blog", "Compose Blog Entry" and click "Browse..." to find the picture on your computer, select it, and click "OK"
Your Photo Albums:
"My Page", "Share Photos", click "Browse..." to find the picture on your computer, select it, and click "OK".

Go to your 360 account and upload it
