salt water..
Wash your face with salt water and then steam your face and then take a ear bud and run it under warm water and put it on the zit.
This will cause the zit to pop, once open then sqeeze lightly and give time to breathe. Then when you go to sleep place some toothpaste on it and sleep with it on as this will dry it up. In the morning wash it off and put moisturizer on.

You can pop it by doing the following: 1) Wash the area to prevent infection. 2) Take your index & thumb to apply pressure to squeeze of the pus & dirt. 3) Clean the area again with disinfectant & wash hands. The only problem with this is it will still appear red for 2 - 3 days and MAY leave a small scare, not sure. Ask your doctor. There is also a device that can get rid of pimples in an hour or day. Sorry, I don't remember what it's called.

ok.... i have that promblem sometime too. heres what i do:

take a warm wash-cloth and apply it too the pimple. do this a couple times a day. if it looks like its close to the nuetrogena clear pore asstringent (its blue and comes in a bottle). you can find it at a local drug store.

it should work, it always does on me. good luck!

You should use Clean and Clear under control astringent and they have a purple bottle, orange bottle, and yellow bottle. Some are for pimples, blackheads, and sensitive deep pore skin. YOu could buy it in Target or Longs.

go and buy this gel from Clinque. You spot it on your face. Ask the lady at the desk. Tell her it is for removal of pimples. She will know.

Anyone looking for a quick fix solution to acne, for a “magic bullet”, acne pills, ‘acne freedom in 3 days’ hyped up programs is looking to be told fairy-tales. Also, don't ever take the Proactive route, it's just a temporary solution and in time it will make your acne worse.

To permanently get rid of acne you should fix the internal problem that’s causing your acne, not just masking the symptoms. Read Mike Walden's "Acne No More - Open The Door To An Acne Free Life." ( here is the electronic format PDF http://www.mikewalden.net ). This is a permanent solution to acne and it helped over 130.000 people get rid of their acne for good.

Stop paying paying each month good money on drugs, creams and oils. This is exactly what the pharmaceutical industry wants you to do! They want to milk money from you each month.

For me i put tea tree oil on it and it goes really quickly but it depends on your skin as it is quite drying.
Also tooth paste is good as well to stop it being red.

this sounds gross but if you look at the back of virtually all facial cream containers you'll see that their common ingredient is urea. Its most concentrated in your first daily pee.
